At PeopleScout, our MSP team distinguishes our Suppliers as critical business partners, and we respect the level of industry knowledge and innovation they bring to our partnership. We work in collaboration with them to create successful business outcomes for our Suppliers and Clients.
Our Select Supplier Program was developed to identify and recognize our top performing and trusted strategic partners. These Suppliers bring value by exceeding performance expectations as well as demonstrating PeopleScout’s core values–optimism, innovation, passion, accountability and respect.
The elite Suppliers are selected annually through an evaluation process based on performance, compliance, diversity, and strategic partnership. Only 1% of our Suppliers receive this recognition.
This accolade provides our Select Suppliers with expanded opportunities within PeopleScout. They are invited to attend round table forums to identify and develop strategic business solutions with PeopleScout Executive Leadership and clients.
The Select Suppliers also receive content to utilize on their social media platforms promoting their success and building credibility as a strategic partner within the industry.

PERFORMANCE
PeopleScout’s MSP team evaluates Supplier program performance quarterly based upon the results of their scorecards. Key metrics include, but are not limited to: activity, quality, speed, cost management and strategic partnership. Select Suppliers meet or exceed all performance expectations on the programs they support.
COMPLIANCE
We achieve Supplier compliance excellence through standardized onboarding practices and adherence to monthly compliance regulations. Select Suppliers must be 100% in compliance with their contractual obligations and remain in good standing throughout our partnership.
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
Select Suppliers provide strategic insight into the contingent labor landscape, market trends and potential threats, and present creative solutions to our clients for maximum quality and fulfillment. These Suppliers follow the program rules of engagement and partner with PeopleScout’s MSP experts to evolve the footprint within current markets and present potential future opportunities (i.e. RFPs).
