Global talent solutions provider celebrated for cutting-edge recruitment methods
LONDON – December 4, 2024 – PeopleScout was named the Talent Acquisition Supplier of the Year at the 2024 Personnel Today Awards for their work in partnership with their client Heathrow Airport.
The Personnel Today Awards celebrate the very best achievements and innovations in HR and learning and development. PeopleScout was recognized as the Talent Acquisition Supplier of the Year because of what judges called “remarkable results” in their efforts to improve security and diversity at Heathrow Airport.
PeopleScout has partnered with Heathrow since 2019, initially focused on streamlining their security officer recruitment process with a virtual assessment and interview strategy. The partnership then expanded to include graduate hiring—with an emphasis on improved applicant diversity—including assessment design and on-demand recruitment support. PeopleScout also deployed several graduate candidate attraction and engagement strategies including a Snapchat campaign, a custom graduate microsite and a partnership with Bright Network.
Judges noted significant achievements in both the graduate and security officer recruiting initiatives. PeopleScout achieved a 100% fulfillment rate for graduate hires, with 44% of offers made to female candidates and 44% to individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds. Additionally, PeopleScout recruited over 1,600 security officers and reduced the recruitment timeframe for the critical role from 16 weeks to eight days.

All Personnel Today Award entries are judged by a distinguished panel of experts from the HR profession. This year, winners were awarded across 26 categories.
