Travis Furlow
Vice President, Client Delivery
As Vice President of Client Delivery, Travis oversees operational delivery of RPO and MSP programs across his portfolio, which include manufacturing, healthcare & life sciences, and retail organizations—his team supports more than 30,000 hires annually and Travis’ responsibilities include P&L oversight, client relationship management and strategy development, in addition to the leadership support for his direct report team of eight and their respective account teams, which includes more than 275 employees. Travis has led RPO teams across EMEA, APAC and the U.S. and has over 20 years of experience with talent acquisition and workforce management in manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences. His areas of expertise include people leadership, relationship management, talent acquisition strategy, and performance management and coaching. Travis joined TrueBlue in 2018 as Vice President of Enterprise Growth. Previously, he was Vice President of Client Services at AMS, after spending four years with PwC leading Talent Management in the Great Lakes region. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology and an MBA in Finance. He lives in the Detroit metro area with his wife and three children.
