PreopleScout – Improving employer branding, driving global growth
This month, PeopleScout hosted its 2019 NEXT Talent Summit in Washington D.C. The event included sessions filled with talent leaders speaking on various trends in talent acquisition – technology, data, employer branding, diversity and leadership.
Gary Bragar, HR outsourcing research director at NelsonHall, an independent industry analyst firm, recently issued a positive blog post on PeopleScout’s annual event, particularly in regard to PeopleScout’s global growth and employer branding methodology.
PeopleScout President Taryn Owen’s opening remarks focused on such global growth, as she highlighted the one-year anniversary of the company’s acquisition of TMP Holdings LTD (TMP), which strengthened its global RPO and talent advisory capabilities.
Bragar’s post comments on the impact TMP has had on PeopleScout: “The acquisition expanded PeopleScout’s global RPO capabilities and EMEA base, and its London office became PeopleScout’s EMEA headquarters. TMP also assisted in PeopleScout’s talent advisory offering by adding services, such as employer branding, recruitment marketing, assessment services and talent acquisition strategy.”
PeopleScout’s Andrew Wilkinson, executive leader, group managing director – Europe and Asia Pacific, and a presenter at this year’s Talent Summit, explained one aspect that drives PeopleScout’s growth is its focus on employer brand value.
Bragar says PeopleScout is excelling at creating a compelling brand experience across the employer lifecycle, particularly with its RPO clients. For example, in the post, he notes PeopleScout’s work with a UK grocery chain, in which they created a campaign featuring videos of a diverse group of people sharing stories about managers who inspired them. The video was viewed 484,000 times with positive feedback, and ultimately exceeded the client’s goal of hiring 3,000 people for a new type of role.
“PeopleScout has also been growing organically, adding over 45 RPO contracts in 2018, and now has over 215 RPO clients with over 300,000 annual hires,” says Bragar. “…PeopleScout continues to be the largest RPO provider in terms of revenues in North America and they have continued to grow globally, across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.”
Bragar closes his post with this statement: “Having attended these events four years in a row, I’ve observed that PeopleScout has a very strong and collaborative relationship with its clients, reinforced by achieving high customer satisfaction marks for quality of partnership in our most recent RPO NEAT vender evaluation.”
